Aerial Support Team Member

We are a large and rapidly expanding global Defence company seeking a skilled Aerial Support Team Member to join our team. Our company provides essential helicopter services to various sectors, including air ambulance and police.
In this role, you will operate from our Norwich base on the H145 D3, conducting exciting and challenging operations such as Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and Night Vision Imaging System (NVIS) missions. You will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of professionalism and safety, ensuring every flight is conducted with expertise and care.
To be successful in this position, you must have recent multi-engine experience, current or recent HEMS experience, and experience with NVIS operations. Additionally, you must hold a UK ATPL(H) or CPL(H) with Instrument Rating (IR), be qualified and instrument-rated on the H145, and have completed Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Training. A valid Class 1 Medical is also necessary.
This role comes with a competitive salary of £55k+ per annum, along with enhanced leave allowance of 25 days plus bank holidays.
