Customer Service and Administration Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly team at our Port Salford site on a full-time permanent basis. The role is fully office-based with Monday to Friday rotating shifts (07:00-15:00, 08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00).
The successful candidate will support day-to-day administration tasks, providing outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Order keying on SAP
- Other administration tasks as determined by the Customer Service Manager
- Proficient computer literacy including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
To be considered for this role, you should possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office is essential.
