Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join Gregory Walker Associates Ltd as a QA Manager - Food Manufacturing.

You will be responsible for leading and driving our quality assurance operations in a thriving food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies to improve product quality and reduce defects
  • Lead and motivate a team of QA specialists to achieve quality objectives
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. Food Science, Quality Management)
  • Proven experience in a QA leadership role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • A base salary of £42,000 per annum, rising to £55,000 with experience
