We are seeking a qualified and experienced Education Support Coach to join our team at Educators Wales. As a key member of our Foundation Learning department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and support to learners with Additional Learning Needs and/or Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver teaching and learning sessions to small groups and individual learners in the classroom or vocational settings
- Work collaboratively with the Learner Journey support services and Foundation Learning curriculum team
- Provide wrap-around support to learners, including emotional support and risk management
- Share information and resources with colleagues to ensure seamless support for learners
Working Hours:
- Full Time: 37 hours per week, 5 days a week, 36 weeks per year
- Part Time: 30 hours per week, 4 days a week, 36 weeks per year
- Part Time: 22.5 hours per week, 3 days a week, 36 weeks per year
