Head of Growth Opportunity at CMC Markets

CMC Markets, a leading provider of spread bet and CFD trading, is seeking a talented and experienced Head of Growth to join its dynamic Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a growth marketing professional to drive business expansion and revenue growth through effective acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive business expansion and revenue growth
  • Lead a high-performing growth team to dominate the market and achieve business objectives
  • Establish a framework for continual testing and optimisation of performance across acquisition and retention activities
  • Design and implement program measurement methodologies for growth marketing and drive ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market plans, service architecture, and solution design
  • Analyse and optimise the performance of growth initiatives and their related content using a combination of qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Run weekly growth meetings with relevant teams to ensure growth initiatives are delivered to plan
  • Develop and execute digital strategies to scale growth in Search, Display, Paid Social, Mobile, Affiliates, and SEO across markets
  • Assess suitable resources, partners, and tech requirements to support growth initiatives
  • Work closely with the internal product team to drive digital automation projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry innovation to identify new opportunities for acquisition and retention
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' marketing experience with at least 3 years of growth marketing experience
  • Relevant growth strategy and market development expertise, with deep analytical and modelling skills
  • Email, push, and SMS marketing experience from ideation to execution
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for growth, tough challenges, and building a business
  • Experience implementing experiment-based optimisation frameworks
  • Growth mindset, humility, and a burning desire to own your domain and work
  • Experience working with web development, content, and design resources, working to tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; MBA beneficial
