We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Service Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd in Burnley. As a Registered Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading our residential service and ensuring that individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviors receive high-quality care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans, conducting care needs assessments, and recruiting and inducting new colleagues.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to ensure that individuals gain more independence in their daily lives and achieve positive outcomes.
- Collaborate with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure that care and support needs are met.
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
