Job Title: Construction Cost Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Construction Cost Analyst to join Winner Recruitment's team, specializing in various sectors such as petrochemical and civil projects, commercial property, education, healthcare, and local authority buildings across the Northeast.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating construction costs, excellent communication skills, and experience working with multiple stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, conducting site visits to assess project requirements and feasibility, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects using industry standards and building codes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and feasibility, gathering data and insights to inform cost estimation and project planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery, communicating effectively and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in cost estimation and project planning.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
