Job Title: Project Quantification Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Project Quantification Expert to join Winner Recruitment's team, specializing in various sectors such as petrochemical and civil projects, commercial property, education, healthcare, and local authority buildings across the Northeast.

In this role, you will be responsible for quantifying construction costs, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, conducting site visits to assess project requirements and feasibility, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quantify construction costs for projects using industry-standard methods and tools.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and feasibility, gathering data and insights to inform cost estimation and project planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery, communicating effectively and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in cost estimation and project planning.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
