About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Emerging Talent Product Coordinator to join our team in Chertsey, Surrey. As a key member of our product management team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the development and launch of new products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the development and launch of new products, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with product development and launch.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or engineering.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including hybrid working, bonus scheme, enhanced pension contribution, and flexible benefits package.
