Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor to join our team at Hays Legal. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of housing and property litigation matters, including injunctions, possession, disrepair, and non-contentious matters such as policy advice and drafting tenancy agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of housing and property litigation matters, including injunctions, possession, and disrepair cases
  • Advise on policy matters and draft tenancy agreements
  • Work with clients to resolve disputes and achieve their goals
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in housing and property law and regulations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in housing and property litigation
  • Strong knowledge of housing and property law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
