Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences for Key Stage 2 students across various schools and settings.
- Follow lesson plans and instructions provided by the regular classroom teacher, adjusting as necessary to meet the needs of the students.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Support students' academic progress and personal development by providing feedback, encouragement, and additional support where needed.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with school staff, including providing feedback on daily activities and any issues encountered.
We require:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience teaching Key Stage 2 students, preferably within a primary school environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work effectively with different school policies and procedures.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build rapport with students quickly.
- Flexibility and availability to accept assignments on short notice.
- Reliable and professional demeanour with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to different schools within the designated area.
