Maintenance & Reliability Engineer Opportunity

AWE Plc is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies.
  • Lead/participate in failure mode effects analysis and root cause analysis techniques.
  • Effective stakeholder management and collaboration to drive improvements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised Engineering-related qualification (NVQ level 4/HNC ideal) and strong maintenance engineering background.
  • Ability to solve technical problems and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
