Real Estate Debt Strategies Investment Analyst

Our Real Estate Debt Strategies Group offers Analysts the opportunity to work on a team of investment professionals who originate new loans to finance the acquisition or refinancing of portfolios of real estate assets and individual properties worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial analysis and modeling
- Market research
- Competitive analysis
- Development of investment committee presentations
- Assistance in the execution of transactions
- Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
- Anticipated graduation date: 2025
- CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
- CV must be in PDF format
