Job Title: Capital Markets Analyst for Real Estate Debt Strategies

Job Description:
As a Capital Markets Analyst for Real Estate Debt Strategies, you will be part of a professional team that finances real estate-related companies, portfolios of real estate assets, and individual properties worldwide. You will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of real estate investing and will be staffed on a number of transactions at once.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the underwriting, structuring, negotiation, and closing of creative financing solutions
- Prepare presentations to analyze financial strategies and business performance
- Help develop and manage client and banking relationships
- Work collaboratively with the larger BREDS team to finalize investments
- Liaise with the broader Real Estate Capital Markets team to drive business initiatives
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
- Anticipated graduation date: 2025
- CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
