Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager

£50-60,000 + Bens – Warrington/Hybrid

Talos360, a leading talent software solutions provider, is seeking a forward-thinking Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to join its team. As a market leader in the HR software space, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for businesses seeking innovative solutions to their talent challenges.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of security frameworks, policies, and governance processes to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information within our award-winning cloud-based software. This role is critical in developing and maintaining internal control frameworks and guiding the evolution of our control mechanisms and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive major change initiatives to design and implement appropriate control mechanisms, security initiatives, and governance processes to reduce risk.
  2. Develop, manage, and review risk and security metrics, governance frameworks, standard operating procedures, and quality management documents.
  3. Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Review Talos360 processes to ensure they add value and contribute to mitigating risks.
  5. Oversee the information, security, and management system to maintain ISO27001 compliance and deliver improvements.
  6. Support internal teams with GDPR compliance and improvements.
  7. Define internal policies and procedures and work with internal teams to implement.
  8. Build effective relationships with stakeholders to facilitate and develop the company and regulatory culture.
Required Skills
  1. Previous experience in reviewing risk, security, and governance frameworks.
  2. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams and levels within the business, defining internal policies and procedures.
  3. Ideal experience with Microsoft Azure or similar.
