Role Overview:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics, conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, revenue projections, and other key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations for optimising sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the healthcare or cosmetic industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of cosmetic dental procedures, techniques, and industry trends, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospective patients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear, concise manner and build rapport with diverse clientele.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
  • Motivated by challenge and driven by results, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff, administrative team members, and other stakeholders to coordinate patient care and optimise the patient experience.
