Part-Time Support Worker Opportunity in Taunton

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Taunton. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with varying needs, promoting their independence, and supporting them in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care, daily living tasks, and life skills development
  • Encourage participation in community activities, social events, and leisure pursuits
  • Support individuals in accessing local services, healthcare, and education
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
