Job Summary:

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Building Fabric Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the building's fabric and ensuring a safe and healthy environment for occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the building's systems and equipment are functioning properly
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement repairs
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Building Fabric Specialist or Facilities Maintenance Technician
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £21.00 (Inside IR35) or £31,000 (Fixed Term Contract)
  • A 6-month contract with the option to extend
  • A Monday-to-Friday schedule with days off
