**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Fabric Technician/Engineer to join our team at SER Ltd. as a Commercial Maintenance Specialist. This is a permanent position based on a large site in Didcot, Oxfordshire.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial building services, including basic carpentry, plumbing, water testing, painting and decorating, and patch plastering.
- Work as part of a team of electrical and mechanical engineers to maintain multiple buildings on the site.
- Use a company van to travel to and from the site, and potentially to other locations.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in dealing with commercial building services maintenance.
- Based in a short commute to Didcot.
- Level 2 qualification in carpentry, plumbing, or decorating would be an advantage.
- Car driver preferred due to the size of the site.
- Able to deal with a variety of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, decorating, plastering, and other building services.
- Happy to work a Monday to Friday position.
**Package**
- Excellent basic salary.
