**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Social Care Support Worker to join our team at Caritas Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing social care support to individuals in their homes or in assessment beds.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide social care support to individuals in their homes or in assessment beds
  • Complete care act assessments using the three conversations approach
  • Mental capacity act assessments as required
  • Involvement in CHC assessments
  • Undertake the safeguarding officer role for S42 enquiries
  • Participate in a duty rota on site

**Requirements:**

  • Experience of working in a social care setting
  • Ability to complete care act assessments using the three conversations approach
  • Ability to undertake mental capacity act assessments as required
  • Ability to participate in CHC assessments
  • Ability to undertake the safeguarding officer role for S42 enquiries

**Salary and Benefits:**

* Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum*
