Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Test and Inspection Engineer to join our team at McIntyre Compliance Services.

About the Role:

  • To conduct electrical testing, inspections, and repairs across housing association and local authority properties.
  • To ensure clients' properties meet current legislations by carrying out fixed wire installation tests (EICR).
  • To rectify faults reported on the fixed wire installation test (EICR) and accurately submit all relevant certification via tablet utilizing bespoke software.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification.
  • City and Guilds level 2 & 3 Electrical Installations.
  • City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent (preferable, training may be provided for the right candidate).
  • Previous electrical experience required in a domestic environment.
  • A full UK driving licence.
