HSE Advisor Position in Highway Projects
ATTB - The Big Jobsite has an exciting opportunity for an HSE Advisor to join their team permanently, focusing on highway projects in North Lanarkshire. This role comes with a competitive salary and a great benefit package.
- Foster a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness among leadership teams.
- Set an example by ensuring compliance with HSE standards and promoting best practices across multiple projects.
- Offer expert advice on legislative updates and best practice policies, backed by accurate reporting and data.
- Evaluate team readiness through effective communication, training, and competency assessments.
- Establish and maintain HSE procedures and manuals to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Provide tailored training based on lessons learned from past and ongoing projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on highway/ groundwork project experience.
- Previous experience in a health and safety advisory role.
- NEBOSH General/Construction Certificate (additional environmental or auditing qualifications beneficial).
- CSCS certification.
- A valid full UK driving licence.
