As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing and producing tenders for Structural Steel and Cladding construction projects. Your expertise will be utilized to secure profitable work orders, and you will work closely with estimating management, production management, site management, and company directors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and produce accurate, detailed, and timely tenders for Structural Steel and Cladding construction projects.
* Collaborate with estimating management, production management, site management, and company directors to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Conduct material take-offs, estimating labor, materials, and equipment costs, including MEWPs and Crane costs.
* Liaise internally and externally to ensure accurate pricing.

Requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying.
* Minimum of 5 years' estimating experience in the Structural Steel industry.
* High level of familiarity with the UK Steel industry.
* Excellent numerical, analytical, communication, and organizational skills, with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong leadership capabilities.
* Ability to work in an office-based environment.
