About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Events Planner to join our team at History Royal Palaces. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering a broad range of commercial events, while also selling and managing private and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver client expectations to ensure flawless coordination and execution of all events
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to event organisers, clients, and guests
- Work closely with stakeholders to enhance and promote the reputation of HRP as a world-class portfolio of event venues
- Develop and implement event strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience in event planning and management, with a strong understanding of the industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of working within a heritage setting is desirable
