Job Title: HVAC Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise specialist subcontractors to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure equipment maintenance tasks are valid
  • Participate in audits of air conditioning plants and follow up on actions
  • Prepare and manage quotations and works approvals
  • Own and maintain plant assets and F-gas registers
  • Stand-by on call rota
Requirements:
  • Recognized trade qualification in refrigeration and air-conditioning or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role with a good understanding of basic fundamentals of utilities systems
  • Willingness to expand working knowledge into mechanical and electrical systems
  • Building Management Systems
  • Good understanding of Preventive Maintenance Systems
  • Troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, related mechanical experience an advantage
