We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As a HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise specialist subcontractors
  • Carry out risk assessments and ensure equipment maintenance tasks are valid
  • Participate in audits of air conditioning plants and follow up on actions
  • Prepare and manage quotations and works approvals
  • Ownership of maintaining plant assets and F-gas registers
  • Stand-by on call rota
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recognized trade qualification in refrigeration and air-conditioning or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role and good understanding of basic fundamentals of various utilities systems
  • Willingness to expand working knowledge into mechanical and electrical systems
  • Good understanding of building management systems and preventive maintenance systems
  • Troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, related mechanical experience a distinct advantage
