Careeraddict is seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration and support of all infrastructure, networking, and telecoms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Administration: Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware systems to ensure optimal performance.
- System Monitoring: Oversee network servers and technology tools to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage outages to minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Produce and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server 2022, Windows 11, Azure, Azure Hybrid AD, Intune/Autopilot, Microsoft Teams (including phone system), and Cisco Firewalls.
- Experience: Experience with server patching, VMWare, backups/DR planning, Umbrella, VPNs, VLAN, switch patching and maintenance, and various other systems and technologies listed.
- Certifications: Experience with Cyber Security Essentials Plus, ISO27001, and other security accreditations is desirable.
