Homes Sales Consultant Opportunity

£Competitive salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.

Dandara is a renowned private housebuilder with over 30 years of experience in creating award-winning homes that combine innovative design with the highest standards of quality. We're seeking an experienced Homes Sales Consultant to join our exciting new development, The Springs in Hambrook, Chichester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective purchasers, demonstrating the features and benefits of properties for sale, negotiating sales details, and processing related paperwork. They will also liaise with purchasers, Sales Manager, Advocate, and site staff to process sales through exchange of contracts and legal completion.

  • Meet prospective purchasers, demonstrate the features and benefits of properties for sale.
  • Negotiate the sales details with the purchaser.
  • Process related paperwork on sales achieved including financial payments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisational, self-motivational skills, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and excellent rapport building and negotiating skills. They will also have flexibility to work the shifts mentioned to suit the needs of the business.
