About the Job:
The Digital Cinema Account Coordinator will manage and coordinate high-profile feature and trailer projects, ensuring smooth delivery from asset receipt to final delivery. Key responsibilities include maintaining and developing project management processes, project billing, and collaborating across operational departments. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the media industry, coupled with an understanding of media technologies, operational processes, and workflows. A flexible attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role is primarily office-based in our London facility.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Digital Cinema Account Managers and Executives with account management tasks.
- Assisting with planning and forecasting capacity and project scheduling.
- Collaborating with internal groups and departments, including Localisation, Subtitling, Graphics, and Mastering teams.
- Supporting production-led engagement with clients onboarded to Pixelogic workflows.
- Providing after-hours support and response for clients and vendors, depending on requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in the media industry and post-production.
- Strong skills with Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A passion for customer experience and customer service excellence.
- A positive attitude when experiencing obstacles and an enthusiasm to get things done.
- A problem-solving approach and the ability to think creatively.
- A deep sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to plan complex projects.
- Good listening skills and the ability to assimilate different viewpoints.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of post-production processes, foreign language versioning, and theatrical workflows.
