- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project delivery.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or related field.
- Proven experience in programme management, preferably in the battery, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards common objectives.
- A successful track record of managing warranty and contract liability issues.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
