Lookers is seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Service Consultant to enhance our Aftersales Team. This team comprises Service Consultants, Vehicle Technicians, Apprentices, and our dedicated Service Manager.

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will have access to ongoing training through our internal brand development programs, as well as mentorship from the Service Manager and Head of Business. This role offers exciting potential for career advancement within Lookers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling MOTs, services, and other repair tasks for our clientele.
  • Providing customers with information on warranty coverage and promoting additional parts and accessories that enhance their experience.
  • Collaborating with the entire Aftersales department to coordinate and manage appointments based on workload and call volumes.
  • Handling a high volume of customer interactions daily, including phone calls and online booking inquiries.
  • Keeping customers informed about service turnaround times and ensuring effective communication while their vehicle is in the workshop.
  • Maintaining precise customer records and updating systems with any new bookings.

Required Qualifications

To thrive as a Customer Service Consultant in our bustling dealership, you should possess a vibrant personality, a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively. You will need to build rapport easily and convey technical information in a clear and concise manner. Familiarity with Kerridge / ADP systems is advantageous, along with knowledge of other essential dealership software.
You should be a collaborative team player while also being capable of working independently and taking initiative. We welcome applications from individuals with experience in similar roles within the automotive sector who share our enthusiasm for customer service and vehicles.
