About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Social Care Administrator to join our team in Inverness. As a key member of our Adult Social Work and Social Care Leadership Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our service.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administration setting, with expertise in report writing and minute taking. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with autonomy are essential for this role.

As a busy team, we work across Highland, with the base for this post in Inverness. There may be occasional travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Adult Social Work and Social Care Leadership Team
  • Assist with report writing and minute taking
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve service goals
