Paediatric Nursing Team Manager

We are recruiting a Paediatric Nursing Team Manager to lead our paediatric services at the James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting staff development, contributing to governance, and providing leadership within the paediatric Emergency Department and children’s ward.
Job Description
- Support staff development through delegation, risk assessment, and multidisciplinary team working
- Contribute to governance by managing incidents, complaints, and issues that arise within the area
- Lead clinical shifts in the paediatric Emergency Department and children’s ward
Required Skills and Qualifications
- RSCN/RN with evidence of continued professional development
- Preparation on mentorship and management/team leadership skills
- Experience of shift coordination in an acute setting within the last 3 years
- Acute Paediatric nursing experience working in a team and independently
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this position is £43,041 - £70,305 per annum.
