Job Description
  • This is a senior management position that requires strong leadership skills, experience in managing nursing homes, and a proven track record of achieving high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensuring that it meets all regulatory requirements and maintains excellent standards of care.
  2. Recruit, train, and motivate a team of skilled care professionals who share your passion for delivering person-centred care.
  3. Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the nursing home's services to potential residents and families.
  4. Manage the nursing home's budget effectively, ensuring that financial targets are met while maintaining high standards of care.
  5. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.

About You:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or equivalent in a nursing home setting.
  • A strong working knowledge of CQC standards and a proven track record of achieving Outstanding ratings.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with internal and external professionals, families, and visitors.
