We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Developer to drive growth and spearhead our expansion efforts across French, Spanish, and Italian markets.

The Role

This strategic role will focus on business development initiatives that drive market presence, partnerships, and revenue in key regions. Reporting directly to the E-commerce leadership team, you will work cross-functionally with teams to build and execute a winning strategy, identify local market opportunities, and nurture partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Market Development
    • Develop, execute, and optimize business plans for France, Spain, and Italy, identifying key opportunities for growth and market penetration.
    • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  2. Partnership Building and Management
    • Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with local stakeholders, including optical retailers, healthcare providers, and influencers.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships to drive co-marketing, loyalty programs, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  3. Growth Initiatives and Project Management
    • Lead end-to-end growth initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to identify customer acquisition channels and improve conversion rates, retention, and lifetime value.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in business development, e-commerce, or related fields, preferably with experience in the healthcare or consumer goods industry.
  • Proven expertise in the French, Spanish, and Italian markets, including an understanding of customer behavior and competitive landscape.
  • Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: French, Spanish, or Italian (multilingual proficiency is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue and growth through business development and partnership strategies.
