Engineering Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our team at Premier Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our Refurbishment division, you will play a crucial part in overseeing the preparation and delivery of large-scale modular installations in a busy workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of multidisciplinary in-house tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of modular installations, ensuring quality standards and industry regulations are met.
  • Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Resolve on-site issues and challenges to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Provide regular updates to the Construction Project Manager on project progress and team performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing construction trades, with a strong background in carpentry preferred.
  • Good knowledge of all construction trades, including electrics and plumbing.
  • Excellent team leadership and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions in challenging situations.
