We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Physiotherapist to join our team at Spencer Private Hospitals. As a specialist in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding and stimulating role that offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of theatre practitioners and consultants. You will be responsible for working with patients to ensure that they are optimised pre and post-operatively, allowing for swift recovery and appropriate discharge.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver efficient and clinically effective care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based practice to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Undertake assessments, design, and implement treatment plans independently, to rehabilitate inpatients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Work towards clinical competencies for the role, supported by regular clinical supervision and in-service training.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- BSc/Equivalent in Physiotherapy.
- Previous work experience in private hospital and outpatient MSK settings.
- Proven clinical experience in the delivery of orthopaedic and MSK physiotherapy.
We offer a competitive salary, enhanced by out-of-hours payments at 30% and 60% according to the shifts worked. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and access regular clinical supervision and in-service training.
