About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Trauma and Orthopaedics at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide effective patient care and support to patients with complex and vulnerable needs
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Ortho-Geriatric Consultants to deliver rehabilitation and support services
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring the maintenance of high standards of patient care
