About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Registered Nurse in our Trauma and Orthopedic department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing effective patient care while working as a member of the nursing team. This will include:
- Providing individualized care to patients with a range of conditions, including trauma and orthopedic injuries
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop care plans
- Conducting patient assessments, developing care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve patient outcomes
- Providing education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being
