Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training to chef apprentices in a hybrid environment, combining online and in-kitchen training.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Work closely with learners to identify areas for improvement and provide personalized support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
• Contribute to the development of new training materials and resources.

Requirements:

• Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths or willingness to work towards it.
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel within the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for culinary education and a commitment to excellence.
