Job Summary:

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a highly skilled Placement Officer to join their team in a full-time, permanent position. As a Placement Officer, you will be responsible for responding to requests for fostering placements, identifying options and solutions for children and young people in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive referrals and make appropriate matching decisions for children and young people.
  • Record relevant information concerning children and young people onto the company's database.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders regarding the placement of children and young people, ensuring all relevant agreements are obtained and completed.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or sales/account management background.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and use a soft selling approach to advocate for the company's services.
