Job Title: Academics SEN Teaching Support Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Specialist Learning Support Assistant to join our team of professionals working with Primary Schools in Crawley and surrounding areas. As a Specialist SEN Teaching and Learning Support, you will be working closely with teachers and SENCOs to provide high-quality support to students with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons to students across EYFS – KS2 (YR6).
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEN needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote student engagement and participation.

Requirements:
- CACHE Level 3 certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with children with SEN needs (desired but not essential).
- DBS on the update service.
- Patient and resilient individual with excellent communication skills.
