Regional Sales Manager

Are you a sales professional looking to advance your career in the metal cutting industry? Silbo Select Ltd is seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key player in the production of high-quality cutting tools, we supply solutions throughout Europe and are now looking to further strengthen our team.
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for promoting our range of cutting products and solutions to the Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace sectors. With excellent communication and negotiation skills, you will work from home, reporting directly to our Regional Manager, managing existing accounts, and developing new business. You will cover the ST, WV, DY, TF, SY, and LL postcodes, ideally living in the Stoke-on-Trent, Wolverhampton, or Dudley areas.
To succeed in this position, you should have a mechanical engineering qualification or a technical apprenticeship background. Alternatively, experience in CNC machining or programming machines, combined with selling similar products into the Manufacturing, Automotive, or Aerospace sectors, would also be highly valued. You will inherit accounts but must demonstrate the ability to win profitable new business. A comprehensive induction programme and product training will be provided, ensuring you are equipped to excel in this role.
