Job Description

This role involves working closely with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing the unique needs and preferences of each resident. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality care, delivering emotional support, and engaging in activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting their independence and quality of life.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify residents' needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
