As an Assistive Living Associate, you will assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, medication reminders, meal preparation, and companionship. You will work collaboratively with our nursing and care management teams to deliver high-quality care. We prioritize ongoing training and continuous support to help you grow professionally and personally.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings.

Requirements:
You will need a Certificate III in Aged, Disability or Community Care, an Australian National Police Check, current First Aid & CPR Certificates, a Driver's Licence, and previous experience in personal care or aged care (desired but not required).
