About the Role

Integrated Service Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Support professional to join our IT Business Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the continuous improvement, development, and introduction of new ways of working to ensure our business systems are efficient and fit for purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with site teams to enhance data capture, management, and visualisation processes.
  • Manage the ERP QC Inspection Sheets system, ensuring timely and documented changes.
  • Oversee the implementation and development of various systems.
  • Conduct comprehensive testing for ERP upgrades and manage the testing plan.
  • Assist with complex database maintenance and document workflows.
  • Prioritise multiple projects and manage escalated issues with urgency.
Requirements
  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably Prophet).
  • Strong SQL querying skills.
  • Experience with report writing (preferably Crystal Reports).
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (preferably Qlik, Power BI).
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging deadlines.
