About the Role

We are a well-established law firm seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in Birkenhead. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conveyancing Services: Manage a high-volume workload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Due Diligence: Perform thorough title checks and property searches to identify potential issues and ensure smooth transactions.
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documentation to protect clients' interests.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless conveyancing processes.
  • Expert Advice: Provide expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented throughout the conveyancing process.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain meticulous records of all transactions and comply with all regulatory and legal standards.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE specializing in conveyancing.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of property law and conveyancing practices.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication and client service skills, capable of managing a high-volume workload with efficiency.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with conveyancing software and legal technologies.
