We are a well-established law firm seeking a skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team in Birkenhead. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Conveyancing Management: Manage a high-volume workload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Due Diligence: Perform thorough due diligence, including title checks and property searches, to ensure the integrity of transactions.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documentation to protect clients' interests.
- Client Liaison: Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the conveyancing process.
- Expert Advice: Offer expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented and protected.
- Regulatory Compliance: Comply with all regulatory and legal standards, maintaining meticulous records of all transactions.
- Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE specializing in conveyancing.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing, with a strong understanding of property law and conveyancing practices.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and client service skills, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload with efficiency and attention to detail.
