Project Architect Position Overview
Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a talented Project Architect to join their expanding team. The successful Project Architect will have a good understanding and experience of running their own projects as well as managing various schemes.
This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Architect to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy with a wide portfolio of clients across various sectors. The successful Project Architect will be primarily working on education, high-rise residential, and commercial developments.
The successful Project Architect will be responsible for:
- Running and managing projects independently
- Working alongside internal and external stakeholders
- Managing and mentoring more junior members of staff
- Working on all RIBA stages
- Preparing tender applications and presentations
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction
- Liaising with clients and developing key relationships
Project Architect Position Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- ARB registration
- Good knowledge of Revit
- Ability to run own projects
- Good design skills
- Progressive individual
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
