A challenging and exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically motivated Field Service Engineer to join a world-class supplier of sophisticated laboratory-based instrumentation. As a key member of the national team, you will be responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service, breakdown, and repair of a wide range of leading-edge Laboratory Instrumentation at customer sites throughout the region.

This is a home-based role that involves regular travel to customer sites, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained. You will work closely with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a qualification in Electronics, Engineering, or Science and have gained experience working in a customer-facing field service engineer or technical support environment. Alternatively, ex-HM Forces Engineers looking for their first move into field service are also encouraged to apply.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £47K, including a 10% bonus, fully expensed company van, life assurance, pension scheme, lunch allowance, laptop, mobile phone, and the opportunity to progress your career within a truly market-leading technically innovative organisation.
